Currently we have presence in

ROMANIA, PORTUGAL, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, MOROCCO, PANAMA, ECUADOR AND MEXICO

Hercesa expanded its activity outside the borders of Spain in 2004. The international adventure of our company began in Romania, through the purchase of the heritage building of the Hotel Cismigiu, followed by the acquisition of several plots to develop residential real estate projects for a total of more of 5,100 apartments. After Romania, Hercesa has expanded its activity to other countries in Europe and the world where it has an important portfolio of real estate projects under development.
